This Green Wonder contains high levels of calcium and vitamin K which is essential for good bone health and prevention of osteoporosis.     Yes its good, steam broccoli in a little bit olive oil with some garlic, sprinkle blackpepper powder and pinch of salt, i am sure u will love it, taste bhi health bhi
